To all my friends here at myLot I wanted to let you know I am going to be missing from mylot for some time but when possible I will pop in. I will not be able to comment on responses but only because I have very limited access to the internet currently.
Short version of situation - yesterday both my 17 year old son & my ex-husband who I rent rooms from went to jail. I won't know until later today what the outcome is going to be but my sister the attorny said for me to be prepared son may be doing some time.
Just before all this happened, physical fight - police were called, my I found out my daughter has threatened to kill me.
Due to all of this I am going to have to make other living arrangements and as I have very little money and no proof of income this is going to be very difficult.
For any who are willing to pray could you please pray for all involved in this and for my strength and health to deal with it all. Thank you in advance and all my friends know I love you and you will be in my thoughts.

Faith, I am so sorry. I had to come back and read this post because I wasn't up to date and I read your newer post. It sounds like you are in a better place for the time being and it is a step in the right direction. I do pray things settle down for you.

Faith, you are always in my prayers and I hope that you have found a place to live and away from there. I don't know why your daughter would threaten you as you seem like a good parent and a good person. I would be sure to get a restraining order on her even though I don't believe that they are really helpful.
I hope that you find happiness and a nice place as you deserve it.

So sorry to hear about your situation. Will be praying for all involved. Also praying that you will find suitable housing arrangements that you can afford. Also, try going to your local library to get on the Internet when you have time. Most libraries now have computers that you can use. Also, if you happen to have a laptop that is equipped to pick up wireless internet, you might try restaurants that provide the service. We see people all the time in hamburger shops and other places using their laptop.

I am not the kind to pray because I am Agnostic, but I will tell you that you are going to have to find other people who are willing to help you out. Your son and daughter have some real major issues that require some psychiatric attention. I know the divorce can be rough on children, but this seems excessive. Did your daughter ever show signs of this kind of behavior when she was a child, or did this just come about? Honestly, why would she want to kill you?

I am the daughter that faith was referring to and just wanted to let you know....I did not threaten to kill her. She is a drama queen that loves attention and on top of that my parents have been divorced since I was five because my mother was a hore and had my little brother when she was married to my father but, he is not my fathers child. Now I am 22 so....do the math.

I will pray for you and pray for your son and ex husband. I do not know if they are guilty of what it is, or if this situation was caused by the hatred your daughter has for you. And I also pray that your daughter will overcome her hatred and that this horrible situation will be resolved. I hope that you can get protection from your family members. I do not know what is going on. If your son was defending you, I hope that the police will see who caused it and take action.

Son defending her? lol! He was yelling and screaming at me saying I'm a bad mother and, I'm a better mother than my so called mom ever was so....that is why my dad got mad because they were living downstairs, not renting and he came up in my dads part of the house starting stuff with me. So it was her sons fault for what happened and btw....she was not threatened at all.

Oh no, I will be praying for you and I am going to miss you terribly..I didn't see this until today because we lost power from Ike last Sunday and this was the first chance I had to get online..I hope you respond to this soon and let me know how you are doing..

Oh my goodness, what a horrible situtation. I can't imagine going through what you are. I know enough about you to know you are a very strong person though, and I'm sure you'll come through it just fine. You will be in my thoughts. I wish I could help you.

Well Faith all I can say is God Bless and best of luck, because it certainly
sounds as if you're going to need it. It's quite sobering sometimes to think
how lucky we are, when we read or hear about the trials and tribulations that
some people have to go thru, and when you get the chance to read this, at least
you will know that we are all thinking of you, and wishing you all the best in
your time of uncertainty and difficulties.
It's also a time for prayer and reflection, because of that old adage, 'There
but for the Grace of God, go I'. Some people will find solace in well known
Bible readings, some will know exactly which prayers work best for them when
they have the need for appeals to a higher power, but I am sure we were all
touched by the desperate situation you find yourself in. I hope you will be
able to find some way to maintain the farm which was such a big part of your
life, and we look forward to hearing from you when you get time and space to
check back on Mylot.

That's awful, faith. I'm dismayed that myLot is going to be losing you again for a while; it's a much less caring and lively place when you aren't around. I always keep an eye on your posts even though I'm not much of a gardener these days. I hope you can figure out what the best thing for you to do is. It sounds like a very complicated situation.

I am so sorry to hear what your going through right now. Your safety is the most important thing right now. I really wish I could do something to help you out. I hope that you can go to a local Mission or safe house, I am not sure where your at. But I am sure that their should be one in your area.
