do you exercise everyday?

i am trying to but it gets hard it seems like i have so mych other things to be doing which i know could you exercise daily?

Yes, I'm trying to exercise every day. I exercise always before I go to sleep. I train my biceps mainly. Sometimes, when I'm very tired after long day, I don't exercise, but I try to train two times next day.

I don't exercise everyday, i think walking down and up on the stairs is enough exercise for me. Every weekend my husband take me to the dales and we have a long walk with the baby on his back. It was beautiful coz you won't feel tired coz of the beautiful scenario.happy myloting.

To be honest I really dont have the time to commit to such duties as exercising everyday because I am really busy on some other things like work and such and even if I might have the time which is rarely I would devote it ti otheractivites and having to exercise might be the least of my options.Hope you liked my response and have a nice day.

I not exercise everyday but I do it two days in a week.I take about 30 minutes for each session.If have a free time I'll play Badminton with my friends usually in weekend.

I go to my local gym 5 times a week, I both bodybuild and do cardiovascular exercises to make me fit and healthy and also to lose a few pounds. I find it very addictive and it's great for banishing depression. Since joining the gym my depression has virtually disappeared. I have a set routine that I do and I am very rigid with it too, I do 70 minutes of running, cycling and cross training as well as using the weights, it does me the world of good and I feel so much better for it. In fact the two days that I have to rest my body I feel lost without the gym.

i am planning for last 27 yrs i couldnt...still i am trying from birth to do exercises. people says it keeps us fit and active for the day but already i am really like i dont feel to execute my planning..but i advise many so you can also
