What is the factors the couple needed to work on a LONG DISTANCE relationship?

Based from my experience,a long distance relationship is really difficult. For me, if the foundation of your relationship is too weak it can be easily distracted by a long distance. Its very hard because there will come a point that when you need someone to go there, there and there, you have no one to be with. You will just think that if my bf/gf is here maybe she's the one with me going there, there,there. For me,to work it out you really need a proper communication because from this communication comes the trust,which is the foundation.
