What could be the next Batman 3 plot?

Do you guys have any ideas or suggestions of what the next Batman movie could be about? Be as creative as you like I want to hear your perspective about all this.

I think they should put a different spin on the riddler's plot to reveal batman from Batman Forever.

That's IF they use the riddler. That Depp rumor is simply a rumor right now.
