I do, most of the times since I am kind of a busy person and I find myself always in a rush in the morning. Since cup noodles are one of the few meals that are easy and fast to prepare, and also make me feel full and ready for work =). Just pour in some hot water and done xD.

I have had them at any time, you name it, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as for a snack too. I don't have cup noodles very much though, so it is a treat when I actually do eat them, but since you mentioned it, I am now craving for their cup noodle deliciousness they carry. Yes, they are very fast and easy which is a bonus, though they are not one bit healthy haha, ah well, they are very much worth it sometimes!

Oh come on who said they weren't healthy xD. Actually I have no idea if they are healthy or not lol. I just sometimes take them over hamburguers or french fries as snacks. At least I know cup noodles are healthier than those =D.

Well actually they are kind of just as bad when it comes to nutrition, maybe more so lacking in nutrition haha. Those noodles are actually fried before they are put in your cup, and this goes for any type of noodle like that, especially Ramen noodles. I am not sure what would be healthier though, fried potatoes, or fried noodles, potatoes probably a little better, depending on what oil is used, it just seems like more of a natural substance (just a simple fried potato), while noodles are made up of a few other things and then it is fried. I guess it all depends on the brand and what is in it, though when I look at the back of a cup of those noodles, it is full of fats, sodium, and other unnecessary chemicals, though I will treat myself to them regardless sometimes! I will not be swayed from their allure.

But don't make it as habit coz cup noodles doesn't contains healthy ingredients especially for your morning breakfast. It's better for u to hav a cereal which is similar process or your cup noodles, pour a cereal with some milk and it's contains more beneficial items for your body yeah ...

thanks for the tip haha. I think I should put some time to take a different breakfast for some healthier food. I just never knew before making this discussion that cup noodles were that unhealthy .__.''

Yup... I've had noodles for breakfast... and lunch... and dinner as well. haha! No kidding. There was a time when I had the urge to eat noodles and I did that for a week! I know it's not healthy but there just came a time when that was the only thing I felt like eating. Plus I was sick then and that's the only thing my brain would allow me to eat. Any other food, it would chuck it back up. I still eat noodles until now. Love them still.

hi jfilips! i seldom eat cup noodles, especially for breakfast. as much as possible i eat rice for breakfast. if i don't eat rice, at least i eat bread. i eat cup noodles during cold weather as snacks, but still, i seldom do that. i just think cup noodles aren't good for the body. however, when i was in college, i used to eat cup noodles with rice. ^__^;; i just didn't have the time to cook so i tend to eat easy to cook noodles. i guess that's very common for busy students.
