There's a picture in Friendster (like Myspace) that I really want to post on my blog. How do I edit it to avoid any copyright whatever or whatever it is that I have to avoid. What IS it that I have to avoid? I want to post the picture in my blog because it shows EXACTLY what I don't want people to do.

Sad to say the only way for you not to get sued is to ask for permission really. Sad to say too but a lot are actually using photos without others permission. This is the internet and it is really hard to keep track of pictures.

If you have a digital camera its easy to take a photo of the object you want to show in your friendster site. It is better like that than ending up sued. It seems the only way out of this is to ask permission from its owner. Saying a Big please can I use your work would probably due to trick.
