Why do women keep the toilet seat down and men want it up?

In both scenarios it is purely a case of geneder convenience! The last thing a woman wants to do is walk into the toilet late at night and sit down onto a hard, cold rim or even disappear into the toilet! lol. And men always put the seat up to not make a mess so leaving it up saves time! We can be lazy by nature remember!

Women need to sit down to pee. Men don't. I almost fell into the toilet bowl once because I thought the seat was down for me. Men need to lift the seat up to pee and have more room to shoot. I may have a solution. Close the toilet seat cover. When she wants to pee, she just lifts the cover and sit. When you want to pee, you can lift both the cover and the seat, and pee. What do you think? Everyone does a little work and no one falls into the toilet...

That's because women don't want to sit on the cold toilet, and the men didn't want to drop some pee on the seat. Just my opinion.

for convenience, i guess. women sit when they use the toilet, so naturally, we want the rim down. and men wouldn't want to stain the rim, so they keep it up. =)
