what's your way to keep healthy?

hi,friends,can you share what's your way to keep healthy. i always consider that life is so beautiful.if you are not in good health,everything will be discounted.i've been so easily tired recently.and i've caught a cold three times in the last one month and half.i would have terrible sore throat each time i caught a cold.that's so bad. i have to take intravenous infusion using CEPHALOSPORIN type antibiotics.i am afraid im kind of getting addicted to that medicine.i know exercise will help to build our body.the problem is that i dont have much time. and what kind of exercise do you recommend?pls tell me your way to keep healthy.i really need your good advice!thx advance for posting!

eating well-balanced meals and doing any physical activity that you love is a great way to keep a healthy body.reading books can help keep you thinking and mental abilities sharp.hanging out with good,positive friends can help keep you emotionally healthy.having a good laugh and living positively can help keep a healthy well-being.

First of all, I try to limit sugar, prepared foods, and junk foods. I said limit, not eliminate- that causes one to binge when they do get a hold of them! I also exercise on a regular basis- which is essential to both emotional and physical health. I also use safe cleaning and personal care products in my home. And, on top of all of that I take a really good multivitamin(which doctors recommend for everyone now).

thx for your precious experience,. i start jogging twice a week since two weeks ago.the plan carries out well so far.i feel good after jogging, it must strength my body immune in the long run.i should be more careful about the food i take.and multivitamin?i will try .

Antibiotics! Hmmm... that would kill you in the long run. My dear you should improve your body immunity by taking the right food, a well-blanced diet and daily exercise. Walking is the best exercise. You don't need to spend money in the gym, you can do brisk walking every morning for 30 minutes and that's it. Eat veggies and fruits. Forget about fatty foods , junk foods and sodas. Indulge in healthy living. Have enough sleep and live long.

i am trying to improve my body immunity.i will do more exercise and always keep a good mood.that would be help to improve immunity,right?i also think WALKING is a good exercise.i will also try jogging.i will go jogging twice a week from now on.as for balanced diet,it's also very important.but its kind of difficult for me carry it out.i will try to go to bed early .thx so much for your advice.i will try not to use antibiotics!

Get enough rest, especially sleep and remember to always spare your little time for it. Never miss your meals! Find herbal drink, you can take it routinely.

eat healthy food such vegetables and animal bowels and fruits. pay attention to nutrition balance. keep practising your body. do inspection in hospital every short period. i only know these, if you good ideas, plese share with me.

i don't have such problem like you.I am a lazy person.I never go our for a walk or running.So i don't know how to keep healthy.anyway ,wish you healthy
