Help for aspiring online writer

I have a blog that doesn't earn. I like to write. I like to harness my skill as well. And i also want to be published and get paid. I need to know if there are good paying sites for non-US residents. I checked out both Helium and AC and it seems that both sites are a bit 'congested' when it comes to writers, plus, they only pay through paypal which we do not have in my country. I am not new in writing. But am new in online writing. Am bent towards creative writing. I need advise from experienced/published writers.

Which paying site can you recommend for writing reviews? Have you done this? How is it? I yet have to REALLY try harder in re-developing my skills as a writer. I am now like frozen pen or something. It feels terrible. I could die from 'frost bite' and won't be able to write well anymore. Help. I need more help.

Have you any good tips for online writing. What are those tips would you like to share with me because I too want to write. I have tried and one of my writing I posted at Ground Report was not accepted because they say that it is not acceptable to them I can sell it some where else and improve my English. If you can tell me the main tips for a good writing.Thank you.Please comment and have a nice day.
