Hi, As a larger than average size girl, I want some realistic 'diets' that actually work that don't cost the earth to follow....I am normal...like my food the odd drinkypoos not keen on exercise and don't think im ever goin to be a size 10 (uk!) i know every thing in moderation, but im the type of person who given something to follow then i will do so....just telling me to eat sensibly exercise etc wont work because i just use the old adage...'i'll start tomorrow'!!!! ooooh just had a thought if someone posts a diet i can follow i can write a blog of my progress!!! Like if said in my other posts im new to mylot and still finding my way around the site so anyone who wants to make friends with me feel free!!!!! kisses Jessica

Hi Jessica, Less Calories = Less Weight I believe in everything in moderation too. I am not that keen on exercise either but having bought a Wii I really want to Wii fit now and reckon I could loss any excess pounds having fun with that. The main thing is to be comfortable with yourself which I am even though could probably loss a few pounds. Years ago I lost a lot of weight using Herbalife and managed to keep it off by letting my body get used to my new weight by maintaining it and now it is easy to shift any that does creep back on. So I think the key is maintaining you new weight for the same length of time as it takes you to lose it so you don't yoyo back to being bigger than when you started which you here so many people doing. I have no diet plans that I can share with you though, but I do believe tesco have a dirt club of some sort that you could maybe look into. Good luck though and I hope someone does post one that you can make a start on and succeed with. Ellie :D

the blogs an excellent idea mrs i've waffled at you loads of times that you need to work on being happy with you as i said at mandys you weren't happy when you were skinny either but you know i'll support you whatever. No diet tips from me except drinking water before a meal or when you feel hungry is a good tip. Fills you up so you don't overeat and sometimes you think your hungry when you're actally thirsty. Only diet i know is the "all you can eat" diet so thats no good to you. kisses mands ps i think your gorgeous just the way you are and gurt agrees but i know you need to do it for you u have my support 110% we'll have to have a wii fit night i am aiming o the dance classes again at some point both me and marie and mini have said that and badminton we'll sort somert for me just pennies at the mo
