How many times in a week ??

How many times do you shampoo in a week? I shampoo atleast three or four times in a week . I also apply oil on my head once or twice a week but I make sure I shampoo my head well the next day.

I shampoo my hair at least four times a week..
Sometimes I put oil and gel but not often because it's very sticky..
But when I put gel I make it a point to shampoo my hair before sleeping...
