How old does your child got his/her first teeth?

I have my first baby delivered last May 15, 2008 and after 3 months and 11 days I was so surprised when I and husband notice that there is something in his gum and he was so sensitive, he always cry over teeter or whenever he suck his hands. He doesn't breastfeed at me for long, just about 1-2 months at rare time so when I give my nipples on him to latch on, I was so surprised that he latch in but then I realized that his gum was really irritating that's why every time he has something on his mouth, he bites. So on his 4th month, just yesterday- we all notice there were two teeth on the middle of his bottom gum. We were all surprise that at his 4th month he already has his first 2 teeth. It is so amazing, he was so young to have it. I remember a friend, her child just got her teeth two months ago at the age of 1 year old. I was so proud of my baby having his first teeth, and the fact that he has it 2 at a time. My mother said that the baby was so healthy so he got his first teeth, he is loaded with lot' of calcium. Tomorrow is pediatrician day, so I'll consult my doctor about it.
How about you, how old does your child get his/her first teeth? Mine was 4 months old.

Both of my children got their first teeth at 4 months old also. They kept getting them quickly too. By a year old my son had 12 teeth and my daughter had 10 teeth. She is 19 months old right now and she has all of them but the 2 in the very very back.

Ohhhh mine is one year older than your baby which is a Daughter and that she is also born last may 10th, 2007 and I deliver my baby for a premature birth but my daughter got her first tooth when she is 8 months old and she brought 4 teeth all together in one time.....

hi there, my first born is 17 years old already and as far as i can remember he got his first teeth when he was three to four months. he is always wet from face until chest for drooling so much saliva. my cousin even calls hime odie (garfields friend dog). i have three more daugthers and they have teeth the same month that their brother had. i buy hard bread sticks and let them practise their gums with that. i dont like teether... teethers are boring lol. atleast bread stitcks tastes like bread.

oh! i dont remember how old my children when they got their first teeth. but i think 6 or 7 months .yup, your baby is very healthy and very strong .so keep up the good work heheheh.your a good mother CONGRATS...god bless you all.love you dylan ,,,
