How do you make yourself stay healthy?

I have difficulty in maintaining my own health actually. Sometimes I will skip meals especially the most important meal of the day (breakfast) and sometimes I will tend to eat less (only fruits) at the same time I skip meals. I know this is not good and correct way to stay healthy,but somehow because of want to control my body weight,I will torture my body. Sigh. It's hard to stay healthy sometimes. How about you? Are you doing the same thing like me? What are the ways you make yourself healthy? Please share more on this. Thanks in advance.

skipping meals sounds good, but you are also doing yourself harm, because thiose meals you skip will in turn bring aabout future side effects. why not try something else that works....like the power of belief and focus.. the basic law of attraction. IN this way you will not hurt yourself, but achieve what you want to achieve and even more.This is a proven method that has worked for so many and is fasst gaining grounds. www.amazingtouch.blogspot.com

just make up for the skipped meals and eat healthy. refrain from eating too much fat and salt because it will clog your arteries in the long run. do a lil exercise everyday. just enough to give your heart some activity. most of all stay away from vices. it will make you grow old a little faster than normal. get some sleep too! 8 glasses of water..
