My cousin died too young!

My 43 year old eldest cousin died about one month ago. About three years earlier, he has been diagnosed that he was suffering from muscular dystrophy. The illness has progressed rapidly where the muscles gradually weakened. The illness was one of the worst type. In a couple of months he ended up with limited movement and later he ended up bed ridden. He did not want any of his relatives to visit him during his last stages of the illness. He did no want us to remember him as a bed ridden patient. He was full of strength and worked abroad on an oil rig. When I think of him, I feel sad because I think he died too young. He still had quite a number of years ahead of him. What do you think?
