How many hours do you sleep daily? And do you have quality sleep? Or your sleep seldomly distured with unpleasant dreams or nightmares or other disturbance like noisy neighbours? I usually sleep around 6 hours daily and 15 - 30 minutes nap in the afternoon. How about you?

I've had chronic long term insomnia I guess. I get 3-4 hours sleep a night and function very well on that. When I was a teenager it was about 2-3 to be functional but now that I hit 40 I seem to need a bit more. About once every couple of month I actually sleep for about 6 hours and then feel blah all day. Everyone is different though, my husband needs a full 8 hours and a full pot of coffee every mornign to get him going.

forgot to add that I rarely dream, but when I do they are weird disconnected dreams but very seldom nightmares, only when I am extremely stressed out.

Not so regular for my sleep hours, some for 7 hours, some for 4 hours. One of my good friends will be awake by any of the little noise around her when sleeping, that is bothered her so much,i think I am lucky, always,I will not be influenced by the noise, even the big noise like thunder. Nearly no nap in the afternoon,I need work hard.

I don't sleep well really and some nights I can get by on between 3-6 hours. I rarely nap during the day either, as I am usually busy doing things. When I am asleep it takes a bit to wake me up, so noise doesn't bother me, just the problems getting to sleep in the first place.

I sleep less than 5 hours but I feel enough and still get healthy. Maybe this is was my habit. I always enjoy with this. Cheers!

I try not to nap as that disturbs my sleep cycle. I sleep roughly 7 hours a day. Usually, it's smooth sleep, but some days, I have to wake up every hour for toilet breaks.
