where do you usually get viruses; USB or internet?

i usually got virus from internet, but mainly malware/spyware

Actually, USB is the No.1 source of virus spreading! Because all viruses nowadays on the internet are checked in seconds. Though with USB sticks, which aren't checked by virus scanners, nor the internet, can spread very easily. And believe me, I know how this works.

I usually will get virus from usb. The usb get infected by virus from my university computer lab. The univeristy computer lab don't have antivirus at all. From there can get any virus. I try not to use university lab computer for usb. But sometimes I have to use especially if I need to present at class. The main source getting virus is from computer lab. I don't know why the management don't want to install antivirus. Their computer always need to be format because too many virus. They know they problem but still won't install antivirus. I am unhappy with their management.

when copy a infected program in your usb from computer.. but as far as i know all virus come from the net..

I get it from internet. I use USB only for transer data between guest machine and host machine.

internet, because i use the internet for many hours every day. i dont think ive ever got a virus from my USB stick. I once got Trojan Horse from downloading something from internet, so i guess i have to be more careful
