are you ready for the cool/cold weather

I am definitely ready for some cold weather. I never complain about it being cold here. The summers here are terrible. I live in Pensacola, so we get all the humidity that comes with living right on the water, and the temperatures are often in the high 90's. This is why I like Fall/Winter. I would much rather be a little cool that be burning up. It gets so hot here sometimes that I don't even want to walk outside, let alone have to stay out there and do anything...I don't mind the cold weather at all.

I love all the weather types, so I look forward to them as they approach. In the Autumn, I like the cooling temperatures, and the drawn in nights. There is something cosy about being indoors in the Autumn and Winter. I also enjoy windy and stormy weather which we quite often get in the Autumn. I have to admmit to being a cold weather fan, as much as I am a hot weather one. Many evenings I sit and check out the weather forum I belong to, to see the chances of ice cold days and snow. I have so far resisted putting any heating on although I have noticed how today and yesterday have been much cooler than late.

Nope because im going Tunisia tomorrow on holiday wooooooooo!!! Bring on the sun, sand and se....nsational views lol

It seems we're never happy. If it's too cold out, we wish for summer. If it's too hot and humid, we wish for winter. I could really do without the winter though. I'd be happy with a nice 80 degree day every day of the year. Unfortunately, where I live it's not going to happen.

Well im getting ready for the winter the coldest weather! and wish it's summer again.I am planning to buy new winter clothes and warmer which makes me feel warm. But i still looking forward that we going to havelots of snow on december.

It is getting colder here in Iowa. My family is complaining already about it being cold. My husband got out the electric blanket and put it on the bed. Then, he started chopping wood for the fireplace. I mean it is in the 60's still. Of course, at night it is 40's. They are talking about us having our first freeze within the next week. I personally do not mind winter and the cold at all. I cannot stand being hot. I would much rather be cold than hot. Plus, I am diabetic and have problems with hot flashes and stuff, so I would rather be in the colder weather than the 110 degree summer days that we had this year. It is pretty bad when my husband has an electric blanket and electric matress pad on the bed and I am laying there with no blankets on and the fan going.

I am definitely ready for cool weather. I also liked cooler whether anyway. I remember liking the summer when I was a child but then as I grew older I started to not like it as much. My family and I moved to Alabama four months ago. We were used to the weather changing sooner in September. It seems to stay a little more warm and humid in these parts. But today and yesterday seemed to cool off a little bit. I do like to see the autumn get here!
