How do you react when someone is saying you fat?

I may be fat but you are ugly and I can diet...that is the type of line I use with people that think my weight is their business. It hurts a lot when people do it but I know it is just because they are ignorant.

When I was a child until senior high, I was fat. Everybody mocked me of being a fat child and teen. I cried at that time. They hurt me so bad. When I grow older, I managed to get rid of my fat by exercising a lot and dieting. It works. Now that I am not fat any more, people don't mock me. Yet if I get fat a little bit, they will start saying some comments that I look fatty, etc. Now I don't mind what they are saying, if it's for true I don't mind at all. I regard that as showing some care to me.

People can be so cruel and if someone is fat they don't stop to find out if that person is happy being fat or not, it may be health reasons why they are fat or the person may genuinely be happy as they are! I would hate it if anyone called me fat, because I was badly bullied at school because I was fat and I hated it! I couldn't diet found it very difficult and I had health problems which made me put on weight, but that didn't stop the name calling. Now I go to the gym 5 times a week and I am no longer fat, I hate being fat just as much as being called fat!

If someone said I was fat well I'll just say; " So what? There's no crime in being fat and I am happy and satisfied in who and what I am. YOu know what you look like you need to eat your face is drooping. Do you ever eat? Geez ..." hehe( I'm slim though )
