Hi guys. I'm curious what do you think about emo music. Do you like it? I love some emo songs but most of them are not so good. Today kids judge people by look, if you wearing black clothes your emo, bla bla and those stuff, you know... So do you like some emo bands and why. Well I must say MCR have some pretty good songs, to be honest I don't know why people saying they're emo but alright. So what about your emo bands and stuff.

Hey! You don't need to look like stereotype emo (mixed black, red and blonde color of you hair, converse shoes, tight pants and stuff) to like emo music. I'm the living example: I dress myself normal, but I like emo bands. My favourite bands are: Fall Out Boy, Paramore, My Chemical Romance, Jimmy Eat World, Panic! at the Disco, The All-American Rejects (the last one isn't so emo). I like emo pictures to, for example Pon & Zi (two little emo aliens).

I'm not emo but I love some of these bands too, I love their music I don't care what they are or how others call them. To be honest I'm looking forward to return of normal punk, I hope "emo" will die, cause kids think than metal is emo now, that's wrong education and their parents don't have clue about it.

I am not really into emo music. To me, it's nothing but a bunch of screeching. I mean some of the songs are very beautiful, and thoughtful, but at the same time they aren't cheerful songs. I haven't listened to emo music in a while, it's jut not my style of music.

i used to like it but before it has been stereotyped by kids toady. they give different meaning to emo-punk; its music, its fashion and its life style including punk today, if you got tats, your cute, if you got a mohawk on, your cool. it was way different before.there were so much energy, it was pretty raw but today it has become a norm. kids today, just because a freakin band is wearing black outfit, play a bit heavy, it is already tagged as punk but NO they are not; it goes a long way, their roots, influences, lifestyle and lastly they should have the atittude. i do not even know why kids today can even dress up, speak, act like one, they do not even know what they are doing. and FYI, eyeliners are not included in emo- fashion. and kids, research thoroughly so you will not look stupid when you go out? its for your own good :)
