I love dogs! Because dog is man's best friend!

I only have one pet in the house and that is my doggie and I give her a name of "Poochie" and she is alone with me all of the time......

I have had all sorts of pets including a rabbit, tropical fish, a cat, a guinea pig and of course dogs. Of all these, the dogs were my favourite. I had three german shepherds and two golden retrievers. They all got along quite well together and rarely got into fights but most of all they were great guard dogs and very dear faithful friends.

vinay, I too used to love dogs and always had them in the house, but as I got older and became disabled I could no longer care for them. I now have a cat that I love very much, he is much easier to car for as he uses a litter box so no need to leave him out to use the bathroom, no need to bath him.He is so loving and affectionate, he is my loving companion.He is very playful, and know how to cheer me up when I feel bad.He cuddles up with me, kisses & hugs me he is a very lovely pet.

Hi vinay! I really love dogs. Before I used to have 6 dogs. but now I got only one. I really love dogs because whenever I am alone, I just talk to them or maybe play with them. In this way, I feel happy even though I am with my dogs. I treat my dogs as my bestfriends. I feel happy and I always smile when I am with them. When I get home from work, I really feel that they miss me because they are always in a hurry approaching me. Their waggling tails tell me how happy they are seeing me again. I consider my pet dog as an important part of my life. Indeed, dogs are really man's bestfriend.

While I love my toy Yorkshire Terrier cross to bits, Dog are one of my favorite animals. Such loyal companions that love so much, their clever ways of exhibiting their vast personalities, they are a joy to care for, to play with and have as a faithful walking companion. I love my little dog so much. Although honestly, the kind of pet that I have had that I liked most were my horses. I was mad about them. I lived, ate, breathed and dreamed horses. Beautiful majestic animals that too are very smart, loyal and faithful. It never failed that I was taken away by their grace and endurance. Horses are such powerful animals that I found to be most gentle, friendly and loving. Similarly, I found with horses as I find with my dog, that I get out of the relationship exactly what I put in. The psychology of horses is similar to human beings. They must be treated with respect if you want them to respect you. I learned a lot about myself through the relationships I had with my horses. I loved to go for a ride, especially when the horse was wanting to go for a ride to. We would go on adventures together. I miss that. My dog and I now explore together and is just as rewarding. My dog is more manageable for me at this time in my life than a horse would be. Although I very much miss having a horse as a pet, a dog is much more easier to keep. Like you, I never feel alone either. My dog and I are like two peas in a pod.

I have always been a pet person and I have had several different varieties of pets in the past ranging from dogs,cats,hamsters,turtles,several fish,and a stray baby deer that we took care of for a little while until someone could come take it out to the woods and set it free,I would have to say that my favorite pets would be either dogs or cats,because dogs are very loyal,they are protective and loving,but cats are very loyal,they make good companions,and they like to lay around and do nothing all day.

Hi vinay049, I love all animals and I love dogs too but I haven't got dogs but I have two cats male and female, at the moment they are both asleep on my coffee table near my LapTop. Tamara
