My previous laptop was refurbished, and it worked great for a couple of years, and then something went on the mother-board. I got a new machine with newer software, and I love it, but then I've only had it for a month or so. LOL I guess it all depends on what you are getting, and where you get it from. My old laptop did what I needed it to, until it crapped out in August.

yes I refurb computer can be a good deal. would I personally get one NO I would not get one. to refurb a computer to the latest technology you would have to upgrade everything from the motherboard to the hard drive and sound card.
The only thing that is old in it should be the case and power supply. So what is all new / refurbished in the system

I tend to prefer a new one verses a refirbed one. It just seems to me that the new one would be the safer bet, I have had two different laptops refirbed and had a definite loss of performance and speed when I got them back. So I would definitely not buy the refirbished one if it were me.

I bought a refurbished computer 3 years ago.And it still works great. It replaced the new one that I bought that lasted for 2 years. And I'm going to buy another refurbished
one.The computer that you want is a good deal.Just do your research.Good luck.
