How often you go shopping in a month?

I always like to go shopping whenever I have holidays and when I don't need to work. This is a very bad habit. But I just cannot control it. I always want to add new stuffs into my wardrobe,of course clothes are my main option. How can I get rid of this bad habit? How can I avoid myself from wasting so much money on shopping by buying unnecessary things? Please give me some advices. Thanks.

Besides gorceries one or twice a month depending on weither or ot my favorite stores are having good sales or not.

As well,I like to shop during my free time and most of the stuffs I bought were clothes and Underwear
.Sometimes I do have the mind like yours,how to save money.Now,I get used to deposit the fix amount percentage of my income to my bank compulsory.it works.Let say,everytime I want to shop and think about the fix amount money then will likely turn into window shopping `~lol.Will you try?

Stay away from the mall!!! That is what I had to do. When my friends would call me to go to the mall I would find else to do. If you do go to the mall just take enough to buy what you need, leave all credit cards and cash at home (ATM cards too)Good luck!!!
