Whenever I am down and out, I love listening to music. Feels good even if I listen to depressing songs. After hearing a series of sad songs, i start feeling better and finally come to terms with whatever has happened and get over it.

Music cleanses your soul. I love listening to it when I am doing paperworks with my computer or even cleaning the house. Sometimes, I am thinking of doing MTV's with them in my mind. Pop love songs, OPM, J-POP and RnB are my best bet. Try listening to BLUE SKY sung by HALE. Its an OPM (Original Philippine SONG) song by HALE. Its message is good. It says you have to be positive always and always look forward to a new day with hope. Try listening to it in the morning, its refreshing.

Music will do wonders for me if it's the right music. Basically anything that I like and can sing along too. I think it's the singing that lifts my spirit. I love to sing, even though I can't. I still find it fun to sing out loud anyway. The wrong music though can make my mood even fouler than before. Like some of my husbands heavy metal music. It grates me to the depths of my soul and can actually make me very angry and agitated if I'm forced to listen to it too long. Hence why he doesn't play it around me at all. And I, in turn, don't subject him to my country music as it annoys him.
