I think you will find that the standard advice of "everythuing in moderation" applies here. As long as you did not eat copius amounts of nuts on a daily basis then small portions regularly can actually be beneficial. It also comes down to the type of nuts as well and how they are packaged. Obviously salted peanuts aren't as good for you as raw almonds for example!

A lot of nuts are not good for our health like any other food is not good for health in large amounts. It is known that it is better to eat small amount of non- healthy food then big amount of healthy food. too many is not good any how for the digestion. especially nuts that have a lot of fat. but the fat in the nut is a good one and if you eat small amount it can even prevent or decrease the risk of diseases like heart attack because nuts have substances that reduce the absorption of the bad cholesterol. nuts have good fats and magnesium which is essential for the metabolism of the body, vitamin E that is good against aging, zinc that is important for the function of the immune system and so on. I think you have to do what your body requests and respond to. take care.

I think it is the people who are mainly allergic to nuts and things that really have to worry because they can die even if the just have nuts in some food, it must be awful to have to worry about that sort of thing.

Nuts - eaten in small amounts, nuts can be helpful in our diet.
Eating nuts in small amounts is beneficial to health. It is true that nuts or seeds contain a lot of fat and calories. If eaten in small quantities as a snack such as almonds, sunflower seeds will not make you get fat. Refrain from several eating bowls full of nuts with salt.

I think if taken in considerable amounts it would be bad for health. I think all foods are like that except of course the veggies. Eating too much of meat, poultry will make it bad if taken in large quantities that our body needs.

But I read that nuts are good for health. You have to limit the quantity. Consuming more quantity than the required will trouble your health. Soaking nuts, before consuming, will more beneficial. Soaking of nuts helps to digest easily. Each food has its own benefits when taking the right quanyity. Taking more quantity of a healthy food won't give any additional benefits. So be careful while eating.
