Drawing and Painting Both are different......

I am just thinking that what's the difference between them.Please tell me.

I guess it depends on the tools you use, I guess to draw you use a pencil and to paint you use a brush, then when you paint you can do water colours and oil painting, i guess with a pencil you don't have any options really..
