                    I usually go out to my favorite restaurant.Eating good food is a destressant for me.I love being around merry people and soft music. Also sometimes i go out shopping. It relaxes me a lot.But, whenever i cant help it i just call up my friends.

                            Chocolate is the food the comfort me. And don't forget chips and noodles.

                    i go to a spa, treat myself to a full body massage. if i can't go to a spa, i read an e-book and have my hubby massage my feet. if i can't convince hubby, i soak my feet in warm water.

                            spa...spa... spa... I tried it once, but cannot forget the feeling. Its like heaven on earth.

                            I loved walking. Its one of the great exercise I been practicing. However I bring slippers because after my work I normally walk. And i would love to walk in the wood or forest, well its hard to find it in city so as long there are trees that is fine with me. Thanks. Appreciate your response

                            I also do this. Most of the time before going to sleep. I just avoid rock and heavy metal to make sure my mood to sleep won't be affected. Thanks

                    What do I do to de-stress? A good nap after a realxing bath is always an excellent way. I usually listen to calming music. I enjoy reading non-fiction books, singing, dancing and playing games in the arcade.
