How long does it take you to get over someone?

This is a tough question. There are just some people that you can't get over no matter how hard you try. There was a time when my fiance and I broke up (that was during our first few years.) We were away from each other for how many months but for some reason we could not forget each other. I kept coming back to him, looking for him. I couldn't get over him no matter how hard I tried. I'm thankful though that I did not. I guess God had a reason. We'll be five years by March next year... and we'll be getting married December of next year as well... So there. I guess you can say, I never really got over him.

Its really hard especially if you really love the person. I experienced this on my own. I was so depressed and I locked myself literally and to others. It was as if, the world ended for me. Until a friend told me to change my gameplan. I finally realize that there people who love me the most and there are persons more deserving of my love. I had to be strong, love myself more and hope that I will find that person. And I did!. Now I'm living a life of no regrets.
