Which types of transport have you enjoyed whilst traveling? In Sydney I traveled by ferry from Circular Quay to Manly. That was especially enjoyable because I could see all the harbor and places around it. I adore traveling on trams like and have been on interesting old trams in Lisbon and Amsterdam. I have traveled by rickshaw in Malaysia and so that was exciting. Have you been on any forms of transport that you have enjoyed? If so where was that?

I enjoy trains and boats. I don't enjoy planes because I have an inner ear problem and there always seems to be so much turbulance. Cars are OK if I'm not driving, I don't enjoy scenery as well when I'm driving, esp. when I have to look for street signs. I have also enjoyed a horse drawn carriage and Canada in the old part of Montreal, I think that's where I took the carriage. I was on a monarail, and a gondola lift (ski lift in a bubble), but I really don't like stuff where I have to look down and worry about the dang thing falling when I'm in it. So trains, boats and carriages are just right for me. Never was transported by rickshaw, have seen on TV before, but never had that experience. Sounds like it might be neat. Think I'd like to loose some weight before I tried that. Interesting topic, take care.

the most common form of transportation here in our country is jeepney and buses so i get to ride the two, when i get to spend a week vacation in thailand i was able to ride for the first time the plane. i can say that its one of the most exciting forms of transportation for me, during my vacation there i also got to enjoy riding in a TUK and on a boat so boat is the second exciting way to travel for me. i also want to try to travel by a cruise ship i guess that would be very fun.

I have travelled by ferry, plane, jeepneys, etc. But I can't forget it when I travelled by horse. It was when we went to the countryside with my parents where the road was so slippery and muddy. What we did was we rode a horse. My mom and I were really laughing together since it was so fun and it was our first time.

Since I am unable to have enough days off work for my travel, so time is the most important factor for me to consider. Therefore, I prefer to travel by plane because I can't afford more time on the transportation. I love China

I like to travel. I like long journeys. In case of mode of transport, I like to train journey. We are visiting our native place (from North India to South) by train. It takes almost 45 hours to reach. Travelling through different states, can watch different places, I really enjoying the journey.

I loved the double decker trains in Amsterdam, that was a wonderful experience! Sadly we weren't on the double decker train for long and it was only a short ride I think we only travelled one stop on it to Utrecht but it was thoroughly enjoyable, just the novelty, wouldn't it be great if we could have double decker trains in the UK! But they'd have to higher the bridges! Do you know if any other country has double decker trains my friend?

I remember when i was working abroad... i needed to travel by ferry just to get to the place where i worked... it was a 20 minute ride... but i enjoyed it very much... it was during that time when i saw my first dolphins swimming and jumping out of the water... i could never forget that sight... But it has been year since i last rode that ferry... and i don't think i will ever be able to do that again... so... all i have are the nice memories...

I used to use the ttc transit buses and subways in toronto. Also walking and bike riding everywhere. I also loved riding on a motorcycle. Then I moved to rural cape breton and I had to start driving to get places. I don't care for cars at all. If I could I would still ride a bike or walk everywhere. I have been on boats and there is a ferry to take you to pei that i have been on. I think my favorite would be a bicycle for sure. I just love it.

I enjoyed riding a plane. It gives me a different kind of high seeing the world at the top. I like seeing myself in between the clouds. I like the feeling of being up there.

We used to catch the trams ,but they went years ago, then we used the buses, the buses are good around here, they generally run on time, but if there is a traffic snarl up then they are late, the fares are a bit on the dear side too,but the best thing since slicedd bread is when I got my little car,a morris traveller,a great little car.
