We are expecting another grandbaby in about 6 weeks. I have a piano keyboard that hasn't been used in years. Am thinking I will give this keyboard to our grandbaby when she's older. Our other grandkids are older but out of state and it would be too much of a hassle to ship it to them plus it may be damaged during shipment. We visit them, we fly. They visit here, they fly so there isn't a chance to send it home with them. Is this a nice gift to give to our grandbaby?

hello carolbee
i really do not understand what that a piano keyboard is. are you meaning like a regular keyboard that is portable that you can move around that sounds like a piano? or is it like a big regular piano that you have inside of your house somewhere? duh. lol but yes, to answer your question about would that be a good gift to give to your grandbaby when she gets older, i would think that that would be an excellent gift to one of your grandchildren like that. my mom and dad have a piano in their living room that they have had for years...my youngest brother used to take piano lessons and he wanted to be a concert pianoist (i know that i didn't spell that correctly) lol but his dreams of that didn't come true at all for him.
have a beautiful day today!

The photo wouldn't go through the first time I posted it. This happens to me alot. I have no use for the keyboard and don't want to sell it. Would rather see our grandbaby have it and maybe our daughter will encourage her to play. Thanks for responding.

That is a great Idea. My kids love playing on their Grandpas Piano and when I had it set up they loved my electronic piano. Now one of them is even taking classes and it is all from the past experiences. I present like that would be really heartfelt.

I do have young grandkids in Arizona but it's not smart to ship it there right now. Our grandson would ruin it by pounding on it. So I've decided to keep it here and take it to our about to be born new grandbaby later on. My daughter can play a little bit and will enjoy it as well. Thanks so much for responding.

I think it is a lovely gift to give to your grandbaby, by the way congratulations grandma again. Yes I'm sure will love when she is older and will play such lovely tunes on it.
