Tis the season to get head colds, fa la la la la

The kids have not gotten sick yet, but I am getting a little bit of a stuffy nose and I had a stomach ache the other day. My ears feel funny today too. Kind of itchy. I have not done anything for it yet.

ah i have a cold right now and i hate it!! I'm okay but its really annoying. I just want it to go away. Its only been like a month at school and i already caught something from my friend. Ughh thats the one thing i really hate about school. Its so easy to pass germs and get sick. Yuckyy

Sy 5 year old was home 3 days this week and one day last week for being sick. He didn't get sick before school started so I know its from all the exposure to the other kids. he is still coughing and it is day 4 plus he has a stuffy nose and has been sneezing. I sent him to school today anyway because he missed so many days already.

i have had this throat/chest thing for about a month now and am just finishing my 3rd round of meds (yes, i did say my third!) and i am still not feeling any better! (how unfair was that? it wasnt even winter!)

We've already been through the colds this school year. I still have it and my daughters had it for about a week. I took them to the doctor and he told me he has been really busy since school started with everybody getting sick. I just treat mine with herbal tea and lots of vitamin C. The girls get cold medicine.

I am suffering with cold now and am about to take a steam cure now. I dont know what it is called exactly, but I take a pail of hot water and blanket, keep my self under the blanket with steam to clear my nostrils. Its a local cure and it worked many times for me.
