With 29 points, I guess it's ok, but a lot of people make more than that. There is no set amount per post, but in order to make them count, you have to make them at least a few lines long and worth reading.
Also, when starting discussions, you won't make anything if no one responses, so try to come up with topics that a lot of people will find interesting and worth responding to.
Add lots of interest areas, and lots of friends. If you look at the tips on my profile, you'll see why.

Hi anup775. I have been a member since 2/3 days with 15 posts and earned $.11 only but I am happy. At least I can see that it is working even if I am not fully concentrated yet.
At the moment, I am still replying to a post. I have not made a new discussion yet of my own. I am thinking thoroughly what topic would be interesting for other people as well.

The thing to realise is that you shouldn't be using Mylot to make money, if that is your aim you are likely to get far bette rewards for your time spent elsewhere. That said, it is perfectly possible to make 50 cents a day but you would have to spend a few hours a day on MyLot to do this. You could earn $1 per day, but to do this I suspect you are going to have to spend several hours on MyLot per day to achieve this.
So I would suggest that you should see MyLot as a way to have fun, contribute to discussions, make friends, etc and look at the money earnt as a useful bit on the side which will help you to buy a treat from time to time.

The key to making the most out of every post on mylot is to use good spelling and grammar. Make sure that your posts are at least 3 lines long and when possible make your responses more than one paragraph. The more content that you include the more you will be paid for each post.
Don't give up on mylot it works once you get into the groove.

well i joined this site a few days ago and have made like $2.89 this is a true legit site that you can earn big time!!! stick to mylot. happy mylotting friends!!!!!!!!

Your status shows that you have made 29 posts (discussions and responses). That is rather less than 1 cent per post. It is possible to do at least twice as much as that here but you have to make your discussions and responses descriptive and worthwhile. One line discussions and responses simply do not pay as well. That is the way MyLot works,
I understand that English is not your first language and so it is hard for you to express yourself adequately and in the way that MyLot likes.
I'd suggest that you first read the guidelines (look for the link at the bottom of every page) and understand what you should and should not do. Then look through discussions that have many responses and work out why some discussions get many responses and some get only a few.
You will find that, as a rule, discussions and responses with more than four lines and at least two paragrahs are the ones that pay best but words and lines and paragraphs are not the only thing that MyLot is about. Mainly it is the discussions and social interactions, not the money, that keep people here. It is, if you like, about networking and becoming part of a community. If you urgently need to make money, then networking can help but 'earning' should NOT be your primary reason for being here.

Welcome to mylot :) This is a great site to make money , you will never make a fortune but you will get paid for what you do . The more time you have to spend on here the more money you will make and if you are able to refer anyone this will help you as well . I am able to make approximately a dollar a day for what I do on here but I spend a few hours everyday on here . The more responses you will get for a discussion you start will help you out and the more you are able to respond to yourself will help you . The longer answer you are able to provide someone the more you will make , but this is not a for sure thing as no one knows for sure how much we get paid on here for what we do . We don't know how much we make for answering or starting a discussion but I have noticed that I do much better when I am able to give longer responses to someone then just a couple of line responses .
