I am going to purchase a digital camera in a few days time . I have surfed some websites to look for relevant knowledge helpful to make a decision . Some of such articles seem to be overloaded with too much information . Moreover they have some advertising undertone .
So , I prefer to have advice from real users of digicam .
For your convenience I would like to give you some clue about my need and budget on the camera .
My budget for the camera is around Rs.15000/- ($323). I am not going to be a professional photographer . But I must be able to upload good quality photographs to the internet sites too . So memory capacity should be good or flexible .
Thanks and looking forward to your advice please.

At that price there is not a camera on the market that wouldn't do what you want. Just make sure you are happy with the way it operates; try a few in the hand, and don't just rely on research through magazines and the net.
However good the features are, if the camera isn't a good fit, you won't be happy with it. Make a short list, then try them out.

its all left to you while choosing a digital camera. but see to that you have these features in that digital camera. it may help you before buying. 10 megapixel camera, 12x digital zoom, night mode (also check the quality in night mode), photo mode options (minimum four), etc., every one says sony and cannon best. i accept that too. i am not going to say negative about it. but i like digilife cameras.. which are much best. also i request you to check in sites. i think its a singapore make. Search for results.
