I can not sleep at night,what shall I do?counting the sleep?

What happened to me? During these days,I donot know why,I always can't sleep at night,even I lay in bed for many hours.I hate this sleep,I am sick when I am in the office and have no power for my work.But I donot know what happened,what shall I do,to make myself sleep,I have tried this ways:counting the sleep,do sports,have milk,listen music,but I am failed,what should I do?I need good quality for my sleep....

hello there! i've heard that including honey in the honey can enhance someone's sleeping pattern. You also need to program your body clock by sleeping at the same time every night. You must avoid caffeine,of course. During sleep time, you also need to avoid doing things that will stimulate your mind like watching tv, etc. And lastly,try to free your mind from the things that bother you. Then go on to sleep and left everything on me I will manage you need not worry about any thing what happen or not. You are not getting sleep when you indulge in others affairs it disturb you. Be in within yourself and enjoy life like any thing it will help you have a sound sleep.What more you want.

i think there is something that is bothering you that is why you cannot sleep at night, your head may be thinking too much and this is causing you troublesome sleep. if you are about to retire to bed and you cannot sleep, get a psp or your celphone, play some games tire your eyes so you will be bored with what you are doing and will eventually have the need to sleep. i ope it works for you, it does work for me.

Is there something bothering you? Do you have a problem? For me personally, drinking cold water does the trick. I get sleepy instantly at night when I drink cold water. I'm not sure ok? It may not work for everybody.
