Wedding, Divorce, Rings - Who gets what?

I think they should keep their rings UNLESS one of them doesnt want it then they should give it back to their former partner...

If the marriage took place, then I think each person should keep their own. If they break up before the wedding, then I think the ring should go to whoever paid for it.

Wedding rings should be kept despite divorce. It was a gift and thus they should not be given back.

I think one should not give ring back to each other .....rather one should give the ring back to the GOD.... one believe in may be Jesus Christ for one and Lord Krishna for another . Since we should beleive on GOD even we suffer most since GOD is very great and try to save us from sufferings and we suffer if we do not listen to our soul and GOD and get entangled in world getting sufferings..... They were gifts, regardless of what happens to the marriage, so they should be allowed to keep them if they want. What they do with them after that is their business.
