Do you have a problem of cellulite? Do you know ways of how to deal with this problem? All I know is that excercise is good, but it is still a problem. I have never tried to use any products. Has anyone ever tried to use a particular product and found it useful?

Most of the products I have seen on tv that looked promising, ended up with bad reviews and didn't work. I actually don't know of any products that work and I don't know how they possibly could based on what cellulite actually is. I saw a plastic surgery show once where they were removing cellulite in a woman's bottom. It looked like rubber bands stretched across her and they had to go in and cut them to make the skin look normal. The doctor on that show recommended yoga or any stretching exercise to break the bands naturally.

Hello orchid, thanks for your comment, I really appreciated it. To tell you the truth I am doing aerobics at the moment, do you think they can help as well ??

That's what most of the experts recommend to help with cellulite. I've also heard that weights are helpful for people who already exercise and still have cellulite problems. The weights are supposed to disguise the cellulite by firming and plumping the muscles under the skin. It's supposed to yield results in just a few weeks.

I once read about cellulite that if it is hereditary it is very not to have also. I mean if someone in your family has that then you have a good chance of having it also. Maybe your cellulite is manageable. Some cellulite needs surgery because it is already severe . I mean lots of it like spider. Me i have but i think it is manageable so why bother . Avoid standing for a very long hours since all your weight are in your legs and this will add up also.
