Sugar or spice?

Of course food tastes good, except for some^^ Well, I would like to savor all the flavors this world can offer. Thanks to the spices, for adding more pleasure in life, for without them, life would definitely be boring.^^ If you will be forced to choose between sweet, sour, salty, bitter and spicy favor...such a torture isn't it? ^^ but if this thing will really happen, which would you choose and why?
