Charice duet with Celine Dion

I have seen Charice Pempengco singing with famous singers and I was really amazed and proud because she is my fellow Filipino. A child who dreamt to have a better life with her mother and siblings. Joining singing contest and been discovered her great voice through YouTube. Now, she travels everywhere to sing with famous people. She stays humble after all the success she have. I am very proud of her and very proud to be Filipino as well. Charice impressed the critics of her voice. That was really amazing! You should watch Oprah tomorrow because it will be show there. Or, you check on youtube. If you know Charice Pempengco, what you can say about her?

i am happy for what she has become and the honor she has brought to our country because of her very powerful voice. she makes all the other flipinos proud of being a filipino.=D

Things are doing great for Charice. After her sensational guesting with Ms. Ellen Degeneres Show, seems everyone wanted a hold of her. First, she was picked by David Foster to joined him in his repertoire , then with Andrea Bocelli and now a duet with Ms. Celine Dion. What will be the next best thing with Charice. I hope a singing contact with a big international label. After all that's what she really needs right now to make it really big in the international scene.

Funny that she was not even the champion in one singing contest of ABS CBN. Even during those days her voice really made a big impression on me. I just could not believe it that she won 2nd place only. Maybe because she wasn't that appealing to the Filipino Public. But, look at her right now, she is being paired to other famous singers abroad. Well its like Lea Salonga her career in here was so sluggish that when she tried to work abroad that was the only time she was recognized by us. Look at Banig before we really didn't took notice of her but when she was recognized abroad it is only then that we felt proud of her. As with Charice she has a bright future ahead of her career. Its a matter of just taking good care of it and she'll go far in her career. She is blessed with a good voice.

I am a Filipino. I don't know Charise but from your story I am so happy of what she is getting now and also happy that she remains humble. Filipinos got great talents. Though in some parts of the world, Filipinos are discriminated, let's keep on making beautiful names to lift this naming of names about Filipinos.

It looked to me like she made Celine Dion her backup singer for a while there. She's good really and i think it's time to be signing real contracts outside the Philippines because i know she'll hit it big time.
