Of course will affect. We need food, because we are alive. We need nutrients and energy for survival. We need food and we need water. These things are necessary, and even if we can stand without these for a certain amount of time, sure that it will have an effect on our health.

Well i believe that it can, if it goes untreated or unnoticed. I mean we as humans have to eat in order to survive on earth. Its just a part of living. And when that it interrupted then its like th body is not being taken care of in a way. So yes i do believe that being hungry does affect the body.

yes it does...staying hungry does have its effects. it causes acidity, hyper acidity which in turn may cause some ulcers or tumors but this is unlikely in most cases but staying hungry weakens us ,it disrupts the normal conditioning of the body. the acids in our stomach needs something to breakdown if you don't eat anything there will be nothing to breakdown and the acids act on the inner wall of the stomach. but enough of all the scientific talk...makes me sleep. the bottom line... eat healthy live well. :)

If u don't eat for about 6 or 7 hours it doesn't matter. Just drink a nutritious drink or gel can help u much, I'm a moslem, when I got my fasting day it's ok with me. I didn't eat and drink from 5 am until 5.30 pm. But that's fine. I just felt tired and weak, of course. Before I did it, I ate and drank a nutritious food and drink, so my body could stand for about some hours. But if you don't eat for a day or 2 days or even more. Well, I believe you will have some problems with your body, especially your strength and stomach. Get your meal regularly.
