I am trying to lose at least 50lbs which is all baby weight but been unsuccessful. I am currently trying this tea called wu yi tea which you only have to drink 2 cups a day, eat healthy, and walk 30 min a day. I don't know if its working or not but if anyone can help me out on different ways i could lose weight i would appreciate it.

Try to spend more time exercising, you really do not start burning fat until after 20 mins into the workout, the first 20 mins is like you are warming up!! Also try to cut down and your calarie in take, try to cut out rice, bread, pasta.Good Luck

I wouldn't cut out carbohydrates, they (along with protein) give you the energy that you need to make it through your workout.

I don't think you really need the tea to help you lose weight so I would stop if it is expensive... Other than that, you should keep track of what you eat every day and consume between 1200 and 1550 calories a day. Drink a lot of water and try to find some exercises that make you happy. You said that it is baby weight so perhaps you can do some exercises that involve your baby. Walking will help you, but there are more effective methods of exercise that will burn more calories in those 30 minutes. SparkPeople has helped me with keeping track of my exercise time, calories burned, what I eat, and there are groups that you can join on there to help provide a support system when you just don't feel like exercising or a whole box of Little Debbie's are calling your name.

I do not have any advice because I have been struggling to lose weight for awhile. I gained a significant amount of weight when I had my son 20 years ago lol and never got back down to areasonable weight. I gained weight after that for but have sort of lost some weight and have kind of leveled off, on paper it looks like I'm losing but in reality no.
