Do you like your boss?

Yep I sure do like my boss. She has her stuff together and gets things done. She's good with people and handles stressful situations very well. Our immediate boss is ok but doesn't take much of an interest in what we are actually doing or not doing. My hours have been cut back so right now I am not working at all although I am still employed by the company. Have been there 7 years and really enjoy the work and people interaction. It's always nice to have a good working relationship with the boss.

But if ur boss is a female then their z nothing to say female are cool minded. I also like my female boss. But male boss does not so. They always want to do work, emotion z not present in their mind, its my opinion

[i]I have several bosses in the past and the best for me was the last one I had before I quit working..She is very nice, dedicated, open-minded and very caring...She was like a mother to all and always we can talk a lot of stuff to her even about our love life and family! She is a nun and until this time, we are still in contact and also some of my friends who resigned also and working abroad! She is very amazing and her words are always encouraging and motivating![/i]

my boss is my husband and he's not to bad, he knows if he gets to tough I start a work slow down adn then nothing will get done. LOL

I have 4 bosses - A Chinese-Filipino woman and three Germans. I'm from the Philippines by the way. All of them are COOL. My Filipino boss is a Psychologist and she keeps everyone in the office happy and productive. My three other bosses are hardcore programmers and developers, they keep everyone busy and challenged. It's a happy workplace :D

Hi brinbai.. i am so happy that yuou got a sweet boss.. first of all, i dont like to work under anyone. i wish to be a boss of ourselves or for others as a good boss and role model. unfortunately due to situation, i am working as the incharge and maintenance of an Billiards parlour. my present boss brother is the actual owner. but he got an accident after i quit the company. he is still in coma stage.my boss's brother is also working in a company. they had no persons to trust after giving jobs to 4 persons. finally they caled of me and asked help. i immediately said yes forgeting some black stories happened in the past. now i am ful incharge of this parlour where i can steal money or can make misuse of my post. but, i am not that kind of person. more than me, they trust my character. i like my boss including everyone in their family for trusting me much, being put to look after money coming business.
