Help. Two years search .... who is this woman????

Who is she - anyone know who she is?

Does anyone know who this woman is I have been trying to find out for 2 years andno one knows who she is. The way she is dresses she looks like could be from 80's and 90's. Anyone out there know?

I've been looking for her too sis. I've found almost every other one I've tried to find....but NOT this one...SORRY!!! I do hope you find somebody who knows her!!!!!!

Wow...2 years is a long time to try and figure out who this person is. I am not sure who this woman is either. Maybe you can try and make that picture bigger because I cannot see the picture too clearly. Use a graphic editing program if you are computer literate and then repost the picture, maybe someone else my recognize the woman in the pic after it has been resized.
