why wont my dog pay attention to me

One of my dogs, Cali, seems to ignore me all the time, unless I am offering her food or a walk. If I try to pet her she runs away, when I walk in the door she barely greats me and goes for whoever else is there. I never did anything to her, she just doesn't seem to like me unless I'm giving her a cookie or a walk. Is there something I'm not doing right?

i think that dog of yours will only obey you if you will give it more time than that of before, like humans. they need your attention, they need you to be a friend, your dog like you so much, that s why he is doing something ridiculous to get your attention
