Must we always give old folks their ways,due to their moody attitudes?

We dont give the the oldies what they like bcoz they are gonna live less. Its because we need to express our humanitarian nature. We would expect the same when we grow old - love, care, concern and patience from our young ones.

berting600 why not let us oldsters make our own darned plans. Just because I am 82 does not mean I do not know what I want or what I can or cannot do. I do not need anyone planning for me at all. you too will one day be old and will want to be treated with respect and courtesy the same as you would give to someone thiry two.We are no 'more moody than someone forty years younger. I dont know where you got your conception of older folks from but it is not true of us modern senior citizens at all.We do not need your good plans for us, we have minds of our own, and can think for ourselves. They only live a few years, thats complete rubbish. we are people not pets.Also that is very patronizing as if older people are some rare breed unlike the average person. give me a break.
