I've been on an ice cream binge. I eat a bowl every night. Last week I bought 2 half gallons, one vanilla and the other butter pecan. I made some vanilla milk shakes last night, they were yummy. Cones are good so long as they are sugar cones. My all time favorite flavor is coffee, topped with hard shell chocolate, and pecans or walnuts. I don't like banana splits, they have way too much "stuff" in them. Sundaes are good, especially hot fudge.
What's your favorite flavor of ice cream? How do you like your ice cream, a cone, a bowl, with or without toppings,

My favorite flavor of ice cream is chocolate chip cookie dough. I just love it. I've been eating it since I was a kid. The problem is, I haven't had any for about 2 years now because they don't have that flavor here in the Philippines. There was a time when they had a pint of Ben and Jerry's chocolate chip cookie dough but that was the same time that I didn't have money to buy.
If I'm walking around in a mall or something, I'd rather have my ice cream in a cone without any toppings. When I'm at home, I prefer to eat ice cream straight from its container with toppings like chocolate syrup or M&M's.

I just discovered coffee ice cream with chocolate espresso chips put out by Turkey Hill brand (a PA brand) that is probably the most wonderful thing I've ever had. It is creamy, almost buttery, in texture, definitely tastes like coffee, but with no bitterness, and the espresso chips are more crispy flakes, some quite large. OMG - I fell in love from the first spoonful!
I intensely dislike hot fudge, don't want chocolate ice cream (although I do like "black and white" shakes) and such. Used to love getting blueberry cheesecake ice cream when I lived in Utah, but haven't found it anywhere else. I also like Bear Tracks by Kemp and Moose Tracks by Denali (offered under a variety of brands). I also like Turtlicious sold through our local Wawa convenience stores. But, my favorite is the ice cream I mentioned first.
I can eat sugar cones, but I prefer the cake cones because they're softer. My mother will only eat the sugar cones.

Thanks for the BR. I just took a look and found that apparently, Edy's/Dreyers and Baskin Robbins have both made Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream. I don't know if either of them currently offers them, but it might be something that pops up once in a while in their offers. If so, your son can get his dip of heaven on earth!

I love mocha, strawberry and melon. I like it more if it is from Nestle. Sometimes I eat it with some bread.

Ice cream and bread, I never heard of that combination before. I like both so maybe I'll try that sometime. Do you eat bread on side or ice cream on top? Lots of people eat cake with a scoop of ice cream on top. It's kind of a birthday tradition here.

I love plain vanilla ice cream and chocolate sundae. This is very yummy specially during hot sunny days.
