Well, sometimes its unavoidable that we feel depressed for the day..but for the health its not a good side, i believe in Meditation which will balance our mind and helps to be normal at situations.

I really don't think you need to hold back your tears. I believe, never hold back your natural feelings. If a person is causing you pain, it's their misfortune not yours. feel sorry for people that cause other people pain. If they do it on purpose. It's just a natural reaction to cry a little or for your eyes to water a little. If the person causes you pain without meaning it, which maybe you are talking about. That's another story. If you don't want them to know they caused you pain, then I guess I would just try to get out of there as soon as possible before the emotions start to flow. There isn't really another answer to that question I believe. I'm so sorry if someone has caused you pain. I hope you get through it ok. Good luck. But remember it's not shameful to show your emotions. Embrace your emotions and lallow them to happen then send them off to the universe if you don't like the feeling.

Oh yes! I'm a great pretender.... Hehehe! Now we're singing oldies. People who really knows what I'm made of also knows I deserved an Oscar for my artistic abilities. Yep, I can act. And I can act good, hehehe. I can always smile despite of the pain that's killing me inside. I can even laugh (to the irritation of the person in front of me) and I can certainly shrug off the pain and the tears in front of others as if I'm not affected at all. Yeah, I'm used to doing that and I'm perfected my performance overtime. It was all in the mind you see. I always let my brain control my emotions in situations like this. Ey! The person already caused me pain, I wouldn't give him more satisfaction by showing my tears, no way!

whenever i remember the good old days i was with her , my tears always spontaneously poured out,i just can't help crying ,shedding tears.maybe i shouldn't do,but i can't control it , maybe when a person loves another one ,he really can do anything for her, his life becomes meaningful all because of her existance, this kind of feeling these days torture me so hard, what should i do ?

I can't really hold back my tears very well. Just let them flow, it's a way of expressing your feelings.

sorry can't help you. I never had the ability to hold back tears even in front of the person who caused me pain.... I jus let it flow so that i will be able to free myself. Tears are a way of expression. I know people will smirk if i cry that way, but just think of the other person who caused you pain. He/she definitely would have cried their heart out sometime or the other.
