Sometimes I want to work at home as a freelance. But many of my colleagues simply say it's not realistic. And some think it's not good to stay at home for a long time. I want to know what it looks like in your eyes, for different countries have different cultures. Right now I work as a teacher, part-time translator/interpreter and editor. I've ten years' teaching experience in teaching, 12 years in translating, 8 years in editing. I've compiled dozens of English coaching books for students in China. And now I'm working on my blog to help English learners too. And I think to run an English school is also a good idea to me. Hawhaw, there are so many things in my mind waiting for me to try my hand on. What do you see to stay at home and work as a freelance?

i have never tried freelancing at home.......but i worked as a part time journalist for some time during my college days... I really love writing, but i went for a totally different education line for better job prospects. Now i'm into management jobs....Kinda boring. I guess freelancing at home would be a good opportunity if you able to earn a decent income or else you will be spending more time than you earn for such works. So one needs to be careful about that as well. If you know some sites offering freelancing work.....jus send a PM to me. Mayb i could start earning for the things i love to do:)
