I love watching movies. May it be locally made or from hollywood. But there are movies coming from other countries which has something to offer as well. There are alot of good Korean movies specially in the romantic genre. They always have that Korean touch which offers a different type of humor. I also love watching Chinese films which has alot of great stunts. Thais offer hair-raising horror films as well. Filipino movies are worth watching too. We have great movies coming from different genres. We also have alot of indie films which are even internationally acclaimed. Crunchyroll.com has a large collection of these movies. Check them out. How about you? Have you watched foreign films? What are your favorites?

Currently we are having one movie channel i India which features foreign films with sub titles and I am always glued to it. Its fun! Also we get to enjoy the rich quality of other countries. We ge accustomed with their cultures and norms and also their livelihood. Thanks for a great discussion.

I love foreign movies. Especially the art house movies it gives me a new look the film making and cinema. I was once a huge fan of hollywood movies but later realized that the hollywood movies are somewhat "recurring" in their setting, and the plot of the movie. It is somewhat tiring and very predictable. So I've turned to Korean, Chinese and European movies. Maybe these movies aren't easy to understand and to appreciate but if you're looking for alternatives and fresh styles try to look outside the hollywood
