In the work, if you aren't satisfied with your boss.Dare you contradict your boss?I think that it might be the different views about the problem. You might dare contradict your boss in the united states. You dare not do that in the Japan. You dare not do that in the china. How do you deal with it in the india or britain or franch and so on?

Hmm, well, it's not so much as contradicting but more of voicing my stand on a matter if such differs from what they believe, as long as I have enough evidence to defend my stand. In the end, though, it's up to them whether to acknowledge my opinion or reject it. In the type of work that I do, such discussions are encouraged but, ultimately, we usually submit to the judgment of our superiors, if only because it is them who will primarily shoulder the responsibility if and when anything goes wrong.

Hi wangkai
I live in India and I do contradict my boss when I think he is going over board. The right to question should not be mistaken as arrogance or rude behaviour. We all can do it in a decent manner. Having said that. I have a wonderful boss who dare nor do something wrong but I do give my opinion when I feel its right.
Thanks.
