Has Anyone Here Been Paid By GreenHorse Pay Per Surf Program?

I have been a member of greenhorse pay per surf program and i have accumulated 10 dollars so far with 240 people in my downline. Though they said one earns 10 dollar per 100 referrals and i have not earned a penny on the referrals, are they genuine? Will they pay me?
