Not punished when guilty but sent to learn Art of Living !

A company CEO came up with a beautiful way of improving the youth who were caught doing some underhand dealings. They could have been suspended from service, but the CEO felt it would only spoil their lives and make them more frustrated. so instead of punishing them, he sent them to the Ashram to learn the Art of Living course. The boys turned over a new leaf after the course and today they are the star workers in the company. This is not only clever thinking, but going out of the way to help the boys who had run astray.
